Call if the pet is newly listed

Understand first-come rules
Adoptions are first-come, first-served. If multiple people arrive at opening for the same animal, the City says a drawing will be made.
Bring ID and payment
You must be 18 or older, show government-issued ID and pay applicable adoption fees.
